  • What is the Shipping Policy at Future Kids Publications?
    • Each item at Future Kids Publications encompasses shipping information associated with it.
    • Once the order is processed, a thorough inspection is done to ensure that the products are in perfect condition. After they are inspected and pass the quality check the products are then packed and handed out for delivery. The given information lets you know the processing time period of the item.
    • The said information does not indicate the arrival time of the items at their destination because we use different courier/postal/delivery agent services for different locations.
    • After the order gets dispatched from our end, the final delivery time depends solely on the courier service providers.
    • Although, we provide a tracking ID and courier company other details for the customers to track the order. Once the order is picked up by the courier service providers, the sole responsibility lies with the courier company service provider to deliver. However, we evaluate service providers based on feedback of customers regarding the speed and quality of service. If we receive any complaints from the customers with respect to late delivery or the conditions of the goods, we make complaints to the courier company on their behalf. It is clarified that we shall be fully responsible to replace the product in case there appears to be any manufacturing defect on the product. The user shall in order to get the product replaced shall first send such images and video of the defected product to us. After the examination of the product by us, the process replacement by us shall be initiated. However, we reserve the right to not initiate the process of replacement if for any reason whatsoever we believe that the product is not damages due to any manufacturing defect.
    • The processing time for shipping an item order from our local warehouse is approximately 2 days.
    • If the said item is not available or out of stock then the order will first be confirmed after the product is back in stock and then proceed for shipment which will take approximately... 2 days. In the event the said item is not available after receiving a confirmation of the order, the user is informed regarding the unavailability of the said order and subsequently the amount so paid by the user is refunded within ____ days.
    • If a product is ordered from a sale event, dispatches may be late due to increased number or orders. (if the said item is available). If the item is not available, then we courier it as soon as it gets available in our warehouse. Applicable shipping shall be applied, if in case required. And the same shall be reflected during the checkout. Excluding taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer..
    • If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of order, we will contact the customer via email or telephone.
    • For all international orders, shipping charges shall be applied as per the destination. The shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return/ cancellation of the order.
  • Product Return/Exchange Policy

    The product return and exchange policy of Future Kids gives you an option to return or exchange* the purchased products in the event there is a manufacturing defect or product damaged during transit. We only ask that you do not use the product and preserve its original condition. There are certain points we would like to mention for the return/exchange process:

    • The product delivered is eligible for return/ exchange (with another copy of same product) within the applicable return window that is 7 days from the date of delivery. We accept return/exchange requests within 7 days of the product delivery. if you have received them physically damaged or the wrong or wrong product is delivered to you.
    • Exchange Return will be processed only if-
      • It is determined that the product was not damaged while it was in your possession.
      • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
      • Returned in original condition with intact packaging.
    • The product that needs to be returned/exchanged must be unused with intact packaging and no damages. In case of wrong product / damaged product delivery, a replacement will be offered by the company. Our delivery executive or agent will pick up the order and do a quality check of the returned package.
    • If the returned product passes the quality check, the exchange refund will be initiated within 10-12 working days. Payment gateways refund process could take 7 to 8 working days (excluding bank holidays).
    • In case you wish to exchange the product purchased within the specified time window, then the replacement will be made to you free of cost.
    • In case you wish to exchange a product for any other product of different value, in such case if the exchanged product is of higher value, differences in the amount will be charged to you and if the exchanged product is of lower value then difference in the amount will be refunded within the specified time frame mentioned above to you once the original product has been successfully picked up by the delivery executive.
    • In case a wrong product is ordered and needs to be returned/exchanged then the same shall be done within 7 days and the expenses, if any shall be paid by the purchaser.In case you have ordered the wrong product and wish to return/ exchange it, you will be responsible for returning the product on your own. Please note, you will have to bear all the expenses.
  • Note: in case of replacement, it is subject to availability of stock. In case a replacement is not possible we will refund the full amount.

    • At Future Kids, we provide with ‘Order Level Cancellation’, i.e., you have the option of cancelling the order placed until it has been dispatched has dispatched for shipment. Once the order left our warehouse The order once dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
    • We process the refund within 3 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
    • For payments done through credit/ debit cards, net-banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 14 business days.

    • Go to the “My orders” page and identify the item you want to cancel.
    • Click on the “Cancel” button provided on the page.
    • Once your cancellation request is created, the cancellation process will begin as soon as possible.
  • What is the time duration for cancelling an order?

    You can cancel your order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Once the order gets processed(shipped/dispatched), the cancellation will not be supported.

  • Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

    No, you can‘t modify the shipping address of your order.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    To cancel an item in your order list-Log into your account on https://www.futurekids.in/. Go to the “My orders” page and identify the item you want to cancel.

    Click on the “Cancel” button provided on the page. Once your cancellation request is created, the cancellation process will begin as soon as possible.
